What is body sugaring?

Body sugaring is a natural method of hair removal that uses a paste made from sugar, water, and lemon. It gently removes hair from the root while exfoliating the skin, leaving it soft, smooth, and less prone to irritation or ingrowns.
What’s the difference between sugaring and waxing?

Unlike waxing, sugaring doesn’t stick to live skin cells—it only adheres to dead skin and hair, making it far gentler on the skin. It’s also applied at body temperature (never hot), so there’s no risk of burns. Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth, which reduces breakage and minimizes ingrown hairs.
Does sugaring hurt?

It’s much gentler than waxing, but you may still feel a slight sting—especially during your first visit. Clients often say it’s more tolerable and less irritating than traditional wax, especially over time.
How long does my hair need to be for sugaring?

Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice—roughly 1/8" to 1/4". If you're switching from shaving, wait about 14-18 days before booking. 4 weeks since your last shave is the most ideal.
What’s the difference between a bikini sugaring and a Brazilian sugaring?

Bikini Sugaring: Removes hair from the sides of the bikini line and top—anything that would show in a swimsuit. Deep Bikini: Deeper into the mons pubis area, tighter into the lips but not full lips and removal of hair inside the anal strip. Brazilian Sugaring: Removes all hair from the front, back, and everything in between. You can choose to leave a strip or triangle if preferred.
How long do results last?

Most clients stay smooth for 2-4 weeks. With regular appointments, hair grows back finer and slower.
Can I get sugared while on my period?

Yes, absolutely! Just wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. Keep in mind that your skin may be a bit more sensitive around that time of the month.
Is sugaring safe for sensitive skin?

Yes—sugaring is one of the best hair removal options for sensitive skin. The all-natural ingredients and gentle technique minimize irritation, making it ideal even for delicate areas like the bikini or face.
How should I prep for my Brazilian sugaring appointment?
